As a patent attorney you keep in touch with new developments in different fields of technology and meet many enthusiastic people who want to explain what they have developed.  It  is  a  challenging  job in that every situation is different  and  requires  a  different  approach.  The  workshop  will  give  an insight into the nature of je job of a patent attorney by making you work on some  practical  examples.  More  particularly  we  will consider how patent attorneys  determine  whether  an  invention  is  novel  and  inventive  and talk about Freedom to operate.
